Join us for Easter
April 21, 2019 | 10AM
Easter is the greatest day of celebration we have as the church. This day marks the life-changing truth that Jesus has risen from the dead, that He is alive, and that He has defeated death so we could enjoy life to the fullest. In other words, this is really good news, and reason to celebrate!
We'd love for you to join us in this day of celebration, hope and joy.
We will be hosting a special Easter Service at 10am on Sunday April 1st at Golden Hill Elementary.
During this service, we will have live music that retells the Easter Story and celebrates what God has done, we'll have an inspiring message of hope, and we'll have a special kids church service specifically designed for kids to have fun, engage in their faith, and celebrate the meaning of Easter. At the end of the service we’ll also be having baptisms, where we celebrate with those making the decision to follow Jesus!
Commonwealth Kids will also be having a special Easter service!
Like every weekend, there is a service specifically designed for kids up to 5th grade to encounter Jesus, have fun with other kids, and grow in their faith. This Easter they will have a special service with worship, teaching, games, and hands-on activities where they will learn about how Jesus rose to life, and what that means for them today. They will love it!
Kids check in opens at 9:40am, and if it’s your first time, don’t worry! We have a friendly team that will help you get checked in and answer any questions you might have.
After service, the party continues! Stick around after for:
A Kids Egg Hunt with Prizes
A Grown-Ups Egg Hunt with Prizes too (like Bradley Mountain gear and Trader Joes, Chick-fil-a, and Copa Vida gift cards!)
A Photo Booth
A Bounce House
& A time to connect with the community.
You won't want to miss this! So invite your friends, invite your family, and be there this Easter!
Also, if you are interested in being baptized, we’d love to connect with you about being baptized this Easter! Please fill out the interest form!
